Alright boys, strap in we're going for a ride. First thing we need to do to breathe life into this scene is we need a starting tierlist. It doesn't have to be good, the first tierlist in every game is garbo, but we gotta get something out there so that we have a place to start. If nothing else it'll be good to laugh at later.
We need everyone who's played the game enough to have an opinion to post your personal tierlist below and we'll go from there.

S: Eagle, Spike
A: Butch, Tom, Tyke
B: Jerry, Robot Cat, Monster Jerry
C: Nibbles, Quacker, Lion
Now tell me why I'm wrong.

Now tell me why I'm wrong. I agree with all but 1 of these: robot cat is the best due his amazing stalling. also i sort of dissagre with quacker not being the worst but i dont really have any evidence to support this |

First, people REALLY want to ban Robot Cat because of his stall potential, which I think is actually a good idea.
Second, I think I overrated Eagle and Monster Jerry a little bit. I actually think Monster Jerry could be one of the worst in the entire game on account of his Y jab taking twice as long as other characters. I also don't think Nibbles/Quacker are THAT bad since they at least have their small size going for them on certain stages, so I want to put them in a different tier just above the bottom.
That said, I think my new tier list looks something like:
Banned: Robot Cat
S: Spike, Eagle
A: Butch, Tom, Tyke
B: Jerry, Nibbles, Quacker
C: Lion, Monster Jerry

I can agree that Robot Cat is probably the best due to stalling potential and with the game not designed to handle the stalling properly. Also, yes, Lion and Monster Jerry suck. Definitely terribly designed characters in a game with little potential for interaction.
