After being thrown or released you are on the ground for 40 frames. Guard comes out on frame 3 and Tom's Y jab comes out on frame 7, so you have a 3 frame window to follow up. So if Tom jabs on frame 34-35 after they land, it will true combo. More frame data coming soon
